Pricing questions

Do I keep my business phone number?
Yes. LockCommand gives you a local AI number. Forward your business line to it when you want the AI to answer, or put the new number on your ads. You can turn the AI off any time.
What happens when my plan minutes run out?
Calls keep being answered and are paid from your wallet credit at a per-minute price that depends on the AI brain you pick. You can add a minutes booster or top up in the app. When the wallet is empty, calls ring through to your cell instead.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Customers pay into your own Stripe, Square or PayPal account, or your PayPal.me, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. The money never passes through LockCommand and we charge no processing fee. Your payment provider's own fees still apply.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you cancel in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
What's the difference between a booster and a top-up?
A booster adds AI minutes every month, on top of your plan (300 minutes for $79.99 or 800 minutes for $199.99). A top-up is one-time wallet credit ($25, $50, $100) that pays for minutes past your plan and boosters at your AI brain's per-minute price.
Does every plan have every feature?
Yes, except dispatch. The live map, drive time ranking and AI dispatch modes need a team, so they come with the Dispatch plans. On Solo every job is yours.
How am I billed?
Monthly, in US dollars, through Google Play or the App Store. There's no setup fee. Cancel in your store subscriptions and your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
