Honest limits
What counts as proof, and what to do when there is none? Read the field guide. Proof of ownership on a lockout
LockCommand keeps what the tech records. It doesn't read or verify IDs, and it can't tell a fake from a real one.
When the ID rule is on, it covers every job type, not only lockouts.
Each check needs at least an ID photo, a proof photo or the name on the ID.
In the app, ID photos open for owners, admins, dispatchers and the tech on the job. Other techs and accountants see that the ID was checked. Members of a shop share its records, so invite only people you trust.
Whether to open the door is always your call. Rules on proof and record keeping differ by state, so check yours.
